If you feel that you meet the following criteria, we invite you to download and submit an application, or you may pick up an application at our office during business hours, or request that one be faxed to you.
Most applications are processed within two to three business days, but the more documentation you provide with your application, the faster we will be able to have an answer for you.
You may even wish to apply in advance. An approved application is good for sixty days and will allow you secure the perfect home without delay as soon as it comes on the market.

We accept multiple applications for the same property. If an application is pending, you may still apply. If the property is already rented when you submit your application, you will receive a credit towards another property or a full refund.
The following policies and procedures have been developed to ensure that all prospective applicants of Horizon Properties are treated equally:
- Horizon Properties strictly adheres to all fair housing laws.
- Gross income must be approximately three times the rent amount or more.
- Each person 18 years or older must fill out an application.
- All sections of the application must be filled in completely.
- The application fee is $30 per person and is non-refundable, except in the event the property of interest is already rented.
- Picture ID is required (license, passport, state ID card, etc.)
- Proof is required for all sources of income; unverifiable or under-the-table income cannot be considered.
