If you like one of our properties and feel that you meet the following criteria, we invite you to download and submit a printable application. You may also pick up an application at our office during business hours. Please realize that the more documentation you provide with your application (identification, proof of income, anything that may assist us in verifying all the information), the faster we will be able to have an answer for you.

NOTE: You should print an application for each resident 18 or older.

You may submit payment via Paypal here, or pay in person or by check.
Other applications may have been received for the property of interest. If the property is already rented you will receive a credit towards another property or a full refund.


The following policies and procedures have been developed to ensure that all prospective applicants of Horizon Properties are treated equally:

  • Horizon Properties strictly adheres to all fair housing laws.
  • Gross income must be approximately three times the rent amount or more.
  • Each person 18 years or older must fill out an application.
  • All sections of the application must be filled in completely.
  • The application fee is $32 per person and is non-refundable for processed applications.
  • Picture ID is required (license, passport, state ID card, etc.)
  • Proof is required for all sources of income; unverifiable or under-the-table income cannot be considered.
