Pay your rent online

Horizon Properties now offers the option to pay rent online through PayLease.com! Through this service, you may make payment via electronic check, credit card or debit card. You can choose a one-time payment or automatic monthly withdrawals.

Why you should have Renter's Insurance

Renter's Insurance is highly affordable and one of the most useful and underappreciated forms of insurance protection available. Many tenants mistakenly assume that their landlord provides insurance which covers the tenant's personal property. Find out what you need to know and what your options are.

Rent payment policy

Rent is due on the first of every month. Tenants are given a three day grace period, so that all rents received through the fourth of the month are treated as if they had arrived on time. Rents received by Horizon Properties after the fourth of the month are subject to late charges and service of notice. The tenant is responsible for seeing to it that their payment arrives at our office in time for monthly processing. Rent payments may be mailed, sent electronically, submitted during working hours at our office, or dropped into our dropslot outside our office anytime day or night.

Emergency repair needed?

If your Horizon Property requires emergency maintenance, you may call our office and request emergency assistance at any hour. Emergencies include fire, the smell of gas or smoke, severe plumbing leaks, and electrical sparking or arcing. Matters that can wait until business hours are best reported at that time for proper in-office processing.
